Yep that would work, rotating like that would be a good solution.

Except some of us yanks don’t work in the day and sleep at night. For many (1/2 of the employed?) it’s the opposite.

However the way CoE was set up used to work for me when I did 2p-Midnight shifts (now I do 6p-6a)
