The server seems to have been offline for 3-4 hours, from around 1am or so server time Aug 5th. Sorry about that! I'm not sure exactly why, but it has managed to reboot now so I'm just making sure all the services are running.

all my characters who were in event when it crashed are shown as travelling still.

squad is in town.

will this effect training?

Even if a gang is out scouting or traveling, training will come from the town they are still listed in on your character page. If its a travel, they train from their starting town unless the arrive at the new town before the weekly update hits, then training will come from the destination town.
