My DIv IV SCL ;league is assigned to someone else camp and it won't let me change it to Zombieville.

You are already the leader of your SCL V team. You can only be a leader once and cannot change this. So you need to have a teammate to play in SCL IV league.

Your Screen shot is from game year 2095, it is currently 2101.

That is because I had to start anew SCL, it looks like my scl battles went to another camp and then automatically disbanded the squad

Last season in division IV, you finished in 7th place. That was not good enough to remain in the division and it drops you down to the next lowest division. Players/teams that finished in the top 3 in division IV moved up to division IV. One of those team moved into your vacated spot.

Finishing in 4th thru 6th place keeps you in the same division, finishing 1sr thru 3rd advances you up to the next division.

Dropping to division V means you start over and have to buy in and create a new team
