In which the Desert Hyenas have 5 cars to my 2. Regular raiders usually don't come this hard.

It seems since new people aren't beating them down they've grown monstrously.

If this is what new people are seeing, woof - it's harder than regular raiders.

They aren't even targetable unless your global fame is low. So no one can beat them down except new or returning players. I gree their fame should be capped to 20
