starting a new camp, what do i need?

All I want is a camp just north of Somerset that I could scout towards to get the easy NFL map. Best time to build would be end of year when camp war tile decay occurs, opening up a lot of neutral tiles. Costs are listed on the top topic here in the forums. Camps are a lot of work to build and maintain. You sure you just don’t want to join one ? You may find one for sale already built also. Maybe post in marketplace ? I might consider selling my BL small one if your interested. Best bet is to ask around and see who has it as their scouting map and join their camp. In the scenario you have described- Ease of scouting < amount of $ and TIME you will spend to buy and maintain a camp. Lots of vets DON'T own camps. There is a reason for this. I would suggest joining one in the SS area, and donating resources to it. As I said before I have 2 Goals in CoE:  Prevent fame going to the Embassy by whatever strategy works best (ie: getting people I call my Friends like Joel and Brun into top spots to hold Embassy low, and secondly to make money.  I don't need the fame.  I race hard to the finish, then wait for Joel or Brun if I need to.  I don't wait on people who bring unnecessary and questionably race worthy vehicles like Trash Trucks or Fire Engines because they get so far behind...  especially when that players is not in contention for spots 1 through 3.  and double especially when those people blast others who are no threat to their standings and blame it on not knowing the other's intent even after that person told them.
