This is to stop the proliferation of 'placeholder' camps. Whoever has more than 1 already can turn the surplus in for a refund - A camp will be closed to pvp if the owner is offline for 4 weeks. Pedestrian weapons are disallowed and will be removed at the start of the event and returned at the end. 2. Any vehicle driving backwards around the track or otherwise missing checkpoints will have an engine power-limited remotely applied. 3. Vehicular weapons will not fire when aimed at targets that are not close to the vehicle in terms of race position. 4. Upgraded `modded` equipment will be handicapped. Beyond that: I got Zerk Banned (they called it a cheat which is complete bull####)  LOL I got AN IN GAME DRUG BANNED LMAO SCL rules ( at least 2 of them) Every single PvP nerf (ok I share some of these with you - but PvP flag was to counter me), post 2008... Sniper Nerf some more i'm sure.
