are you looking for a camp to run in camp wars or just to run a camp as owner making your own gear?

your in luck MCSPANKYS OFFGRID BARRACKS OF MIDGET FORNICATION (located on hex 33,26) will be closing, moving out to our other shantyville camp MCSPANKYS CAR MUSEUM AND FRIED CHICKEN SHACK.

the offer is for you to rent out the camp for a 2 game year lease, which can be ran for another 2 year lease if you wanted, for a price we havent decided on yet, i would remain manager but you would be responsible for its upkeep and maintenence, after the lease is over and if you choose not to lease it again, ownership would be transfered back to us.

dont ask to run this camp if your a dumbass, if you leave it or its starts getting trashed due to neglegence, i will ask sam to trasfer the camp back to me and then id just close it.
