S1189840-Sarfield Gates Exit
Fermin gave Myron Weiland packet of DW$ as Myron jumped in to the freshly painted car.

Nieves had said while laughing, "We painted it in our gang colors in hopes that while you drive across the wastes the gangs will either wave in friendship, or at least fear retribution."

It apparently didn't work with the Southern Cartel. Myron had left out the main gate, catching the road West out of town. Myron noticed them closing in fast about 150m behind. Myron took off road, rounded the city to the secondary gate. A few shots wasted by the Cartel all around waved threw some cash to the gate guards. He drove through town, waving at the girls at Madame Kristi's, then and Nieves and Fermin (whom were laughing and point to the shop), and back out the Main Gates. All while the Southern Cartel argued with the gate guards about entry fees. It was then that Myron realize he only brought his pistol, no change of clothes as he had forgotten his bags.

S1189841-Devil's Fingers Myron had been instructed to drive the canyon edges or even on the tops to avoid trouble and scouts. The Bridge Trolls had heard of fancy cars going from Sarsfield north, when they came speeding in, Myron took the Stormer higher up the cliff, bottoming out a couple times but crossed without incident and tore off when he reached flat ground again.

S1189844-Salt Flats Canyons The Southern Cartel had been chattering all day on the radio on how they were going to take that Stormer for the gate fees 'owed' to them by Myron. So when he came up upon the four cars ahead of him sporting Cartel color, he spun that Stormer 180 and opened it up. The Cartel was still all out there stepping and fetching, like their head was on fire and their asses was catching. Myron smiled as he put the music on the radio.

S1189845-Badland Gates Enter The Stomer was purring as she swung up the road into Badlands. Behind him he could see two cars. Myron knew he was far enough in front to get to the gates before they could close, so he was surprised when they hailed him.

A couple of deep voices crackled across, "Hey Nubnubs normie, we are part of Warthog. Have you seen any gangers from MADHATs group? I heard they are traveling with a fancy Vette from down Sars way"

"Names Myron. And no, only seen some Cartel members and some Bridge trolls." could see the Warthog cars were just slowing traveling

"Thanks! If you are in the Grainne Uaile later will buy you a round" came the deep voice again, "Names Alex"

"Will do!" First good news Myron had had this morning.

As he swung into town, the El Nubnubs waved him over to a mechanics shop. Myron's eyes went wide, parked in the bays were a few Big Pickups, a McFly, a couple more Stormers, a couple Pikes, Apaches and a few Buzzers, one even had something that had to be a giant laser.

He asked the nearest Nubs mechanic, a tall and gangly man in patched overalls, "I thought Gateway was the base of the El Nubnubs?"

The mechanic flipped back his welding hood, "Yeah it is, camp is just outside of Gateway town. This is just a traveling group. By the way, welcome the gang, names Nelson Jeter, but they all call me Jester"

"Hello, I am Myron Weiland. Would you know if the market is open? I forgot to grab my gear when I left Sars"

'Jester' chortled and pointing to Myron's ride. "Help me change out your damaged armor and I will take you myself, and then buy you a beer. By the way, you know any good jokes?"
