This is my first try to completely rework a skin, has some glitches i've been too lazy to fix in the passenger window, but i feel it's quite an improvement from the normal ones. NINJA EDIT! You just cannot summit them because of size limit checks (that's why i posted a suggestion about removing those checks). To my knowledge this is not an option, although it would be cool I believe the best route forward is to either buy more paint slots or maybe explain the situation to Sam or X, they may be able to force repaint the vehicles that belong to inactive players.
