I'm delighted to announce that Desolatordan has taken over control of Art Direction of the game. He will initially be responsible for reworking the in-game GUIs and hopefully he will then work on other aspects such as the website graphics.

Apart from the fact that it removes workload from me, I think it makes good sense to have a proper artist in direct control of the artwork. If it were left to me, I would continue to accept bits and pieces from various people and the result would have a lack of consistency.

I'd also like to take the opportunity to thank the contributors to our recent discussions about the GUIs -- especially Dan, Alo and Valiance!
