The name's John... 41 years old, beautiful wife and 5-year-old girl who I like to pretend will never be a teenager. My life happens in Tucson, Arizona mostly, so the DW heat doesn't get to me so much. CarWars as a teen? Check. About eight hundred other games from AD&D to BloodBowl to "They've Invaded Pleasantville"? Check. Darkwind as my online holy grail? Check. Was a musclecar guy in my late 20s and early 30s.  '66 Pontiac GTO was my best, but also had a '70 LeMans and '71 Cougar among others. Now it's a '99 Dodge Dakota with a 318 (that's a 5.2v8 in DW-speak) and performance package. College educated guy who can't seem to quit smokin' but done quit drinkin'. Prefer my guns in steel not polymer, .45 or .357 thank you very much. Guitars'll be Gibson Les Paul or Fender Telecaster or nuthin. Retired musician, current family man. At night I hear the coyotes howlin' in the desert beyond my yard. I was a professional college student for 10 or 11 years and when I wasn't drinking I studied history, political science, international relations and Mandarin Chinese. I did naval ROTC and planned on serving in the military but ended up failing the hearing tests. Got married to a woman way outta my league, shes working on her Ph.D and so I'm working to turn my love of beer and brewing into a my future job. I will be spending however long it takes for the wife to finish her school working in commercial breweries to learn how to take what I know and do it on a larger scale. So, for the next few years I have a pretty sweet life. I work as a building surveyor and am studying to become a chartered surveyor. My bikes are my life, the one in the pic is a 1371 GSXR that i built. Always been a speed freak. Own 5 at the moment from a hardtail chop through to my streetfighter, all made by yours truly. Been trying to talk the missis into a 68 camero, making some headway Live with my GF who's 23, Polish and works as an interpreter and translator. Been together a few years now. She picked me up in a seedy little backstreet bar and we have been together ever since. I do alot of battle re-enactment from 13th Century Longsword competitions through to the English Civil War.
