Thepache [HH]

Ultra-generic apache. Twin HMGs front.

most of my standard vehicles will use a weapons code. in this case HH means 2 HMGs. rear weapons would be after a space. side weapons would look similar but there would be 3 entries. i use a - if there are no weapons or leave it empty.

thus:

[Hg] ... HMG/gat
[Hm mm -] ... HMG/MG front, MG each side, no rear weapons
[HM PP] ... HMG/MMG front + twin paint rear (i might also write this H/MMG + PP)

this way most of my simple designs will not need more detailed descriptions.

Pretty rare hardware but even harder to train a crew to control the car.

5LV8 for running, A armor for climbing and laser for sniping at over 100m.

Problem is getting a gunner that can use the laser.
You need a LVL2 laser, LVL1 sniper guy atleast to be able to use the car to it's full potential.

The flechette is handy to drive that rare home without to much engine damage.

other then that i usually use buzzers or apaches.

Apaches have a 3.2V8 engine, Hgat front, HMG front.
It has speed and maneuverability but still enough punch with the Hgat.
I never put 2 HGG's  on an apache. the chassis can't handle the recoil.

I, for one, don't understand how exactly the two would differ. . . except for the odd stuff that you might not actually use in the "real world" that you would in DW:T, but those cars could consist of virtually anything.

well, for one, you cant have A armor, laser, or v8 in the game [edit: the vehicle can now be imported]. DW:T cars also cannot [as of yet] carry reloads, and that changes vehicle design tactics greatly. also DW:T characters apparently do not have specialisms, so things like a laser are not as effective.
