Well I'm off tomorrow for 3 weeks, so hopefully this will all run like slightly-rusty clockwork.

Races with NPC Gangs involved have been quite recent, but I've noticed people are finding it tough against them, and also that they tend to bunch together a bit too tightly. So I have just spaced out their performances a bit more, and dropped them a little.

Another thing I'm considering (when I get back) is putting a per-track maximum number of competitors: the rally track in particular is impossible with too many cars. What would happen is that only the first 10 places (or whatever) of the grid would be filled, with NPC gangs dropped out first.

I also spent quite some time in the last few days figuring out what was happening with the rally track to cause occasional server crashes, and have plugged at least one problem. So hopefully it will be ok now..

I see the rally track crashed again this morning, so what I'm going to do is disable that track from scheduled events for the moment.
