During scouting, one of my guys wanted to escape. 15 turns later, suddenly my vehicle disappeared, which I assume is because it auto-escaped

After the scout, only 2 of my 3 guys turned up in town. That other guy was nowhere to be found. Where could he have gone?

if he wanted to escape he was probably injured..... he may have died after the event. Check the events page to see if he is listed as a casualty
