The gang known as `Carne Muerta` or `Dead Meat` hails from somewhere waaaaay down south. Definitely beyond Texan. A bit.
Most members of Carne Muerta seem to take great pains to present their organization in a civ-positive manner, particularly towards the Civs and Merchants of North Evan and the Deathrace Mafia with whom they conduct their business arrangement. This attitude has made them welcome in most circles in the North, though their influence is starting to be felt as far south as Shantyville and Texan.
Muerta`s el Jefe is Chingo Domingo Tabarez. He is a drunk, a coward, a thief, ugly as sin, and exhibits poor hygiene, at least according to his Madre.
Some suspicions have recently arisen concerning the group`s exclusive `waste management` contract with Somerset`s, Elmsfield`s, and Gateway`s arena and track managers, but the accusations of cannibalistic meat trafficking are most likely nothing more than vicious rumors. Likewise for the numerous CM trucks seen first handling the waste disposals outside the sports arenas and then headed south to .. parts unknown.
It is worth noting that some members of Carne Muerta have a keen fondness for strong drink and other illicit substances, and after partaking, have been seen to exhibit extremely irrational behavior and unwarranted brutality. It is also of interest to note that the entire group has demonstrated a severe animus towards three organizations the Sabre Dogs and Xena`s Angels pirate gangs, and the Dirge racing team. Whenever `Muertas` and members of any of these groups are present, expect trouble to quickly follow.
