A number of gangs were seen celebrating this week, as a war between camps was successfully resolved. This was the first real conflict between camps for over 4 years. Leading the drunken singing were the members of The Brassicas and /v/@Xx3d []ut gangs. Our reporter braved the crowds and was able to learn that between them they had pulled off a couple of successful raids on that most famous of camps, The Alley. And in return they had successfully defended their base camp, Fort New. It is our understanding that The Alley had declared war on Fort New some time previously, before the camp changed ownership, and it is only now that the new owners had become aware of this. After having to buy many drinks for the celebrating gangers, our reporter was eventually to get to the facts. In the first raid Brassicas, /v/@Xx3d []ut and members of the Renshai gang attacked and beat The Alleys' defending forces, inflicting a number of casualties on the defenders, damaging the camp itself and finally making off with a car from lock up. [Event: S801157] In reply The Alley launched an attack on Fort New, where in a one on one duel Brassicas beat Longo’s Merry Men before they could reach the camp and cause any mischief. [Event: S801221]  The final action of the conflict was another raid on The Alley, where in a close fought encounter, Brassicas and /v/@Xx3d []ut gangers overcame the defenders from Joel’s Bastards. They had to resort to hand held weapons in the end to finish off the defender’s ride. With casualties on both sides, this was a tough struggle that could have gone either way. Also in the aftermath of the war, it has been noted that a number of camps have struck their battle colours and are no longer open for attack, could it be camp managers are running scared.
