Despite a last ditch stand by the Major of Morgan, the pirates couldn’t be stopped from reaching the town. Inhabitants are said to have lost numerous resources, weapons and vehicles to the raiders.  Raiders overrun the desperate militia forces. The so called Doctor was last seen operating a private clinic in Elmsfield, where it was understood that medical supplies destined for the hospital were being diverted to his clinic. The suggestion was that some high ranking merchants were involved with the diversion of supplies in return for free treatment. Now it turns out that the Doctor also had an operation in Somerset. Acting upon information from their colleagues in Elmsfield, The Somerset Militia raided a warehouse in town. Where they discovered a large amount of missing medical supplies, reportedly taken in a recent ambush on a merchant convoy. Also discovered in the raid was one Doctor Haar's known associates, Cora 'Duchess' Schroeder, who was in charge of smuggling the medicines out of Somerset. After a conversation with local officials The Duchess was only too keen to provide more names and details of the doctor’s activities. Local enforcement agents from both Somerset and Elmsfield would like to hear from anyone with details of the doctor’s whereabouts.  Agents were shocked at the size of the operations they had found.
