The road to Elmsfield has some of the most beautiful and colorful scenery found on the sun baked, wind blasted and desolate Continent of Evan. The reason for the colorful flora is that the terrain surrounding Elmsfield is criss-crossed with underground freshwater rivers. Certain areas are pock-marked with sweet-water springs feeding small-to-medium sized shallow lakes throughout the area. Elmsfield is the only known source of fresh water on the Continent. Hence the cheap price in the Market! There are other towns being built that may supply Water but, as of this writing, no new wells have been drilled.  Image by Lord Foul There are MANY obstacles to avoid if you decide to go off road. Cactii might seem like `soft-skinned` obstacles, they are more like `ELM` trees if you run into them! Be WARY of the short stubby ones!..... They also do damage and can FLIP you! If you are being chased off-road, your driving skills will be challenged avoiding the multitude of damage inducing objects. That said, Those same obstacles can save your tail when you have Gatling guns, Car Rifles or Rockets peppering your hide! The road to Elmsfield is the ONE route where using offroad tires would be considered a MUST! if you are forced offroad... You want traction, acceleration and `grab` on the soft surfaces you will find off the road to and from ELMSFIELD! Other tire selections are to be used at your OWN RISK! Weaving in and out around the ground clutter might save your bacon! Oh yeah, here`s a nice picture we were sent recently.
