Alice was a long time courier of the Wraiths. Whilst not very active on the tracks she had done her fair share of events when training. As a courier she experienced some of the Worst Evan had to offer outrunning bandits whilst soloing in an unarmed Spirit.

It was one of these outings that earned her soubriquet after she was ambushed by half a dozen bandits in the treacherous broken lands know as Chaos Canyon. Previously an attack in this terrain was considered un-survivable as there was little opportunity to leverage the Spirits speed advantage and Wraiths seldom gave up a cargo uncontested.

Alice not only had to contend with the terrain, but due to an especially competent opponent found herself surrounded on all sides at very close quarters. Refusing to meekly accept death or enslavement she pushed her vehicle to its limits and, taking heavy fire, turned the treacherous terrain to her advantage, causing several over ambitious bandits to trap themselves or collide.

Eventually resolving the battle to a more conventional stern chase she was able to extricate herself with near breaches on several sides and only scraps of tires.

This would have been sufficient however she also had to contend with a follow-up attack as she entered Gateway. Ordinarily this would have been a straight-forward and well-rehearsed proposition familiar to all couriers, but with badly damaged tires she was very lucky to make it to the gates alive.

Alice died peacefully in her sleep at Somerset Hospital after a lifetime of faithful service to the gang and the people of the Northern Triangle.

Stayed neither by snow nor rain nor heat nor darkness from accomplishing their appointed course with all speed.
