Apologies to everyone for the down-time that we suffered between about 10pm last night and 3.30am today. This was actually a server move as our ISP was moving a whole section of its server-farm between two locations. (See http://hetzner-status.de/ ) Apparently they had emailed all of their clients but unfortunately I either missed it or didn't receive it. Anyway, everything seems to be running fine. One process (the events manager) unfortunately didn't auto-start so I just started it a few minutes ago and killed the ~50 events that it promptly started up for us! Apologies again, and just to let you know I have added 3 days subscription time to all current subscribers.

BTW... this is the first outage of the service in the last 2 years, since moving to the German ISP (hetzner.de) so all in all it's pretty impressive uptime I guess..
