Looting in PVP

Sagal Triumph Sunday Driver Civs Faction Group: Members Posts: 78 Joined: Nov 28, 2009 If someone attacks my squad leaving BL with a Flail with a laser and a heavy laser, and if by chance I was able to beat him, and loot his lasers, would I be right to keep them, since he was arrogant enough to risk them in the first place ???? For the record those laser gunners had no sniper specs, but one did have laserfire 3 not 2.
