All the great armies of the world had at one time cannon fodder that was easily replaceable if lost. A group of gangs allied to fight a camp can have one gang that just rushs in and kills before being killed. They simply have the belief that the faster you join a gang and die in combat the better off you are to escape the misery of this world.
