Each team can have one, two, or three players.
Each player can only lead one team in total, and cannot be a member of two teams in the same division.
Each team must compete with each other team in their division once, at a mutually acceptable or system-defined time.
The top three teams each year are promoted to the division above this one, i.e. Division 2.The teams placed 8th, 9th and 10th each year are relegated to the division below this one, i.e. Division 4.
In this division, squads can have a total Combat Rating of no more than 475, and characters can have no weapon skill above 120. Psionic blocker medications are administered to all characters. The following vehicular weapons are not allowed: Paint Guns, Lasers and Heavy Lasers, Mortars, RGMs.
